IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PROCEED
You will require your cruise line booking number to check into your cruise. This can be found on email correspondence as Booking reference number or on your booking confirmation in the PDF detailing your itinerary under the Supplier Booking Number. If you cannot find it, please call us and we can provide it to you.
Your documentation will be emailed to you approximately 2 – 3 weeks prior to sailing date.

In order to receive your travel documentation/tickets, you need to complete the Tour Personaliser, this gives you quick and easy access to update your personal details and tour preferences such as flight information, freedom of choice options (if applicable) and access to the health, fitness & mobility form (when applicable). You must add your pre and post flight into the tour personaliser regardless of the dates you will fly. If no flights are entered, it is treated as missing information and delays the process.
